This has been one of the most life-changing experiences since I took up “100 Happy Customers” project; there has been a lot of lows than highs. Yes, it’s not been an easy ride but it’s the kind of ride you take to reach the top of a mountain. The ride is rough but the view is beautiful, especially when I have my friends alongside with me.

I have the most amazing set of friends ever, and my customer today-Nidhi Aiyanna tops the list. She is my best friend. I’ve known her since I was 15 yrs old. When we were in college, she played hockey for the college team and she was an excellent player (reached national level) but the downside to it, she was always in track pants and a baggy T-shirt. Even when we went to movies, she would come straight from her practice in her tracks. Lately, she has become very feminine in terms of her style but as far as personality goes she is still a tom boy.

This is not the first time I have designed for Nidhi, I started designing and creating garments for her when I started my Fashion Designing course 2 years back. So, I had a very clear vision about what I would create for her.

For my first design, I did palazzo pants and a crochet top, emphasising on the top by giving it a contrast tube lining and cut-out on the back. I bought an amazing statement necklace on Myntra and thought it would go perfectly with this outfit.

For my second design, I did a simple A-line dress with pink printed fabric, concentrating more on the fit and finishing. I bought a brown slim belt to go with the dress.

For my last design, I did a sleeveless top with a fabric selected by Nidhi. As per her wish, I kept it simple and she wanted to do the whole girly thing for this top, hence the hair band and drop earrings.

I kept telling Nidhi not to get nervous in front of the camera but turned out I was the nervous one. Go ahead and check out the video to see Nidhi’s reaction to the designs. I had lots of fun designing for Nidhi, absolutely love her and I know I’ll end up doing more designs for her.

Nidhi you look gorgeous and thanks for being my customer ever since I started designing.

Hope you guys liked the post, watch out for my fourth customer in my next post.

I would love to hear what you guys think of my designs, so comment or like. It would mean a lot to me.
